摘  要:通过挂片试验、电化学研究及表面分析 ,研究了ET及其与BTA的复合配方ETB在内冷水中对发电机空芯铜导线的缓蚀作用 ,并与BTA的缓蚀性能进行了对比。研究结果表明 ,ET对铜具有较好的缓蚀作用 ,与BTA复配后 ,在铜表面形成致密络合物膜 ,其缓蚀作用比ET及BTA单独使用时都强 。The inhibitive properties of ET and ETB (mixture of ET and BTA) for copper in domestic water-cooled generators were studied by copper-content measurement, electrochemical polarization and surface analysis. The inhibitive properties of ET and ETB were compared with those of benzotriazole. The results indicated that the inhibitive properties of ET for copper were slightly superior to BTA. Furthermore, ETB was showed to be the most effective one among the inhibitors tested and it hindered anode reaction. The results of XPS showed that ETB inhibited corrosion by forming film on the surface of copper.
