摘  要:作者提出了硅溶胶精铸型壳远红外热风联合干燥新方法.揭示了干燥介质能量变化、型壳中湿含量及其梯度分布对型壳粘结强度的作用,以及硅溶胶型壳的联合干燥工艺实质.实践证明,该种干燥方法能提高硅溶胶型壳及其所制铸件的质量、缩短制壳时间并具有好的技术效果.In this paper, a new method of combination drying for colloidal silica-bonded ceramic shell by far-infrared radiation and hot-air heating has been presented. The energy changes of drying medium, the influence of the mo-isture content and its gradient distribution in ceramic shell on the boud strength and the essence of combination drying of colloidal silica-bonded ceramic shell by far-infrared radiation and hot-air heating were revealed. The practice showed that this drying method can improve the quality of ceramic shell and precision castings, reduce the ceramic shell production cycle and achieve good technical results.
