摘  要:用低稀土低硅球化剂在大连企荣铸铁管有限公司进行了离心球铁管的生产试验与应用.解决了原铁水含硅量偏高对球化处理的不利影响,从而能保证球铁管的成分和性能要求.试验和生产证明,与用原稀土镁球化剂相同的球化处理工艺,能完全满足生产要求.得出了球化处理的各项工艺参数和对该球化剂的基本要求.得出了球化处理时镁加入量、球铁管中残留镁量的数学模型.The experiment and application for the Low RE and low silicon nodu- lizing agent produced in the Shanghai environment protection plant have been performed for centrifugal ductile iron pipe in Dalian Qirong Casting Pipe Co. LTD. The results of the test show by this method, it is ensured that composition and properties of ductile iron pipes by the nodulizing process with blast cupola molten metal of No.20 pig iron can meet the need. Various Parameters of the nodulizing process and the essential requirement for the nodulizier have been obtained. The mathematical models for the a-dding amount of Mg in nodulizing process and the residual [amount of Mg in ductile iron pipe have been proposed, which are valuable to the production.
