摘  要:目的研究单核细胞源性趋化因子对培养的牛视网膜M櫣ller细胞的趋化作用?椒ㄒ缘抖沟鞍譇激活小牛的单核细胞 ,以此单核细胞条件培养基作为趋化因子的来源 ,用改良的Boyden小室微孔滤膜法检测其对培养的牛视网膜M櫣ller细胞的趋化活性 ,并检测经明胶结合处理掉纤维连接蛋白 (FN)后条件培养基的活性。结果该条件培养基对培养的M櫣ller细胞具有趋化活性 ,且该条件培养基在经明胶处理后其趋化活性降低 ,但仍然存在。结论该条件培养基对M櫣ller细胞趋化作用的物质成份不是单一的 ,是多种因素作用的结果 。Objective To explore the chemotactic action of monocyte-derived chemotactic factors on bovine retinal Müller cells.Methods The chemotactic activity of bovine monocyte conditioned medium (M-CM) activated with concanavalin A was examined through micropore filter assay in modified Boyden chamber.Results The chemotactic effects of M-CM on cultured bovine retina Müller cells was proved by the result of experiment.The effects of M-CM on cultured bovine retina Müller cells decreased,but did not disappear after M-CM was rid of fibronectin by adding gelatine.Conclusion It is sugguested that the chemoatctic action is not associated with a single substance, but a series of different factors.Our results showed that mononuclear phagocytes played an important role in the pathogenesis of proliferative vitreum-retinopathy.
