多焦点和单焦点人工晶体植入术后拟调节力的比较

摘　　要：目的 :对单焦点和多焦点人工晶体植入术后拟调节力进行比较。方法 :选取合适的老年性白内障患者 ,分为两组。Ⅰ组 :30例 32只眼 ,植入AllerganArraySA 4 0NBTM多焦点人工晶体 ,平均随访时间为 9.4月。Ⅱ组 :30例32只眼 ,植入AllerganSI4 0单焦点人工晶体 ,平均随访时间为 15 .7月。所有病例均由同一眼科医师行标准超声乳化白内障摘除术联合人工晶体植入术。术后采用试镜片法测试拟调节力。结果 :植入MIOL患者的视远及视近拟调节力范围均明显优于植入SIOL的患者。结论 :多焦点人工晶体可以使患者在术后获得较大范围的拟调节力 ,使人工晶体的作用更接近于生理性晶状体。Objective: To compare the postoperative phsudoaccommodation between the multiple focus intraocular lens(MIOL)implantation and the single focus intraocular lens(SIOL) implantation.Methods:Suitable senile cataract patients were divided into two groups.Group Ⅰ:30 cases(32 eyes),implanted Allergan Array SA 40NB TM MIOL.The average time of follow up was 9.4 months.Group Ⅱ:30 cases (32 eyes),implanted Allergan SI40 single focus intraocular lens(SIOL).The average time of follow up was 15.7 months.All patients underwent standard phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation,and all surgeries were performed by the same ophthalmologist.After surgery,we measured the phsudoaccommodation by the methods of fitting glasses.Results:The phsudoaccommodation of the patients implanted the MIOL was much better than that of the patients implanted the SIOL.Conclusion:The MIOL can provide a large range of phsudoaccommodation for the patient,so its function is more similar to the physiological lens than the SIOL’s.
