摘　　要：本文总结了直接利用高炉铁水浇注球墨铸铁轧辊的初步试验工作,通过分析模拟试验及实体浇注结果,指出,在适当的工艺条件下,向铁水中兑入Cr—Fe合金液,并控制铁水的Cr/Si比,可利用高炉铁水直接生产球墨铸铁轧辊。Synopsis: This paper present the results of primary experiment on making ductile cast iron rollers directly with blast furnace melt, It is pointed out that with proper technologies by adding moltem Cr-Fe alloy into the molten blast furnace metal and controlling the level of Cr/Si, it is possible to make ductile cast iron rollers directly with blast fur- nace melt.
