摘　　要：本文从我国大学生心理素质教育的现状入手 ,提出开展大学生心理素质教育的方法 ,主要包括开展心理调查和建立心理档案 ,开设心理课程 ,开展心理咨询 ,举办心理知识讲座 。This article begins with the actuality of the education of the college students' mental quality in China, particularizes that the methods of the education of the college students' mental quality should include: investigation of psychology, building the archives of psychology, offering the curriculum of psychology, counseling of the mental, and so on. At last we build a method system of the education of the college students' mental quality.
