摘　　要：文章分析了市场经济国家高校师资管理的特点及我国在师资管理工作中存在的主要问题 。This paper analyzes the characteristics of faculty resource management in the market economy countries and the present situation of the faculty resource management in our country and further proposes to construct an open faculty resource management model.
