摘　　要：应对入世后人才的国际化竞争 ,高校引进国外智力工作如何加快步伐 ,分析了三类高等院校引智资源 ,论述了引智工作现存的弊端并提出相应对策。The task of foreign expert recruitment for higher education needs to be accelerated in response to the international competition for talent that has arisen from China's WTO entry. Three approaches for recruitment are analyzed; the drawbacks of the current practices are discussed; and their countermeasures are proposed.
