摘 要:目的:探讨全血输入与小儿急性白血病首次复发的关系。方法:对我院 1994年 1月~ 2 0 0 0年 12月收治的 6 0例小儿急性白血病资料进行回顾性分析。分为 2组 ,观察全血输注后首次复发的情况。结果:急性淋巴细胞白血病 (AL L ) 4 2例中复发 2 0例 (47.6 % ) ,复发组与未复发组的输血次数分别为 (6 .1± 3.4 )、(3.5± 1.9)次 ,输血量分别为 (80 .2± 6 2 .3)、(44 .1± 2 8.4 ) m l/ kg。两组对比均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。急性非淋巴细胞白血病(ANL L ) 18例中复发 8例 (44 .4 % ) ,复发组与未复发组的输血次数分别为 (10 .8± 7.2 )、(4.8± 2 .6 )次 ,输血量分别为 (12 0 .5± 96 .8)、(5 0 .6± 2 3.9) ml/ kg,两组相比亦有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。 结论Objective: To explore relation between whole blood transfusion and first recurrence of acute leukemia of children. Mothods: A total of 60 patients with acute leukemia from January 1994 to December 2000 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The recurrence rate was 47.6% in patients with ALL, times of blood transfusion were (6.1±3.4) and (3.5±1.9) respectively, and the average amount of blood transfusion was (80.2±62.3) ml/kg and (44.1±28.4) ml/kg respetively between the recurrence and non recurrence group. There were significant differences between the above two groups (P<0.01). The recurrence rate was 44.4% in patients with ANLL, times of blood transfusion were (10.8±7.2) and (8±2.6) respectively, and the average amount of blood transfusion was (120.5±96.8) and (50.6±23.9) ml/kg respectively between the recurrence and non recurrence group. There were significant differences between two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion: There is relation between blood transfusion and first recurrence of acute leukemia of children.
