摘　　要：分别应用主成分分析法和模糊数学方法对湖北省县域农业投资环境进行了评价与聚类分区。分析了政府农业投资决策需要考虑的重点因素 ,并对各分区的投资方向与投资重点作了简评。旨在揭示湖北省各县域农业发展的状况和问题 ,为政府农业投资取向。In this paper,the counties'agricultural investment environment in Hubei province was evaluated with Principal Component Analysis(PCA)and the counties were clustered and regionalized into 6 subareas according to the evaluation with fuzzy mathematics method.The paper also analyzed the key factors that should be considered when the government makes agricultural invesment edcision and gave brief comments on the direction and priority of agricultural investment.The aim is to open out the situation and problems of the counties'agriculture development in Hubei province,which can offer consults on how to invest the agriculture for the government and realize agricultural sustainable development.
