癫痫患儿视感知功能和个性及适应行为评估

摘　　要：目的　探讨癫疒间 患儿的视感知功能、个性特征及社会适应能力。方法　采用本顿视觉保持测验(VRT)、艾森克个性问卷 (EPQ)和儿童适应行为量表 (SAB) ,对 4 2例 8～ 12岁癫疒间 患儿的视感知、个性及适应行为进行测试 ,并与 30例正常儿童比较。结果　VRT在三种测试法下 ,癫疒间 组的正确得分明显低于对照组 ,癫疒间组的总错误分和遗漏、位置错误及大小错误分均明显高于对照组。癫疒间 组EPQ的内外向量表T分明显低于对照组。癫疒间 组SAB的独立功能因子和社会 /自制因子的T分明显低于对照组。结论　癫疒间 患儿存在视感知功能障碍 ;显示出内向性个性特征 ,有紧张、忧虑、自卑及孤独感 ;其社会适应能力低下 ,主要是独立生活、社会交往及自制能力差。Objective To explore the visual perception function, personality characteristics and social adaptive ability in children with epilepsy. Methods The visual perception, personality and adaptive behavior of 42 children with epilepsy aged 8～12 years were measured by means of Benton Visual Retention Test (VRT), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) and Scale of Adaptive Behaviour (SAB), and 30 healthy children consisted the control group. Results Total right scores of VRT in epilepsy group were significantly lower than those in control group and the scores of omitting, size and position mistakes in epilepsy group were significantly higher than those in control group. T scores of 'extraversion introversion' scale of EPQ in epilepsy group was significantly lower than that in control group. T scores of independent function factor and social/self direction factor of SAB in epilepsy group were significantly lower than those in control group. Conclusion Children with epilepsy have visual perception deficit, and have personality characteristics of introversion and lower social adaptive ability.
