糖尿病患者活体角膜内皮细胞图像分析

摘　　要：应用角膜内皮显微镜和计算机图像分析技术对糖尿病和健康人各６９例进行了活体角膜内皮细胞形态学分析。结果显示：与正常人相比，糖尿病患者角膜内皮细胞密度和面积无明显变化（Ｐ＞００５），但面积变异系数、周长、最大长径显著增大，形状因子减小（Ｐ＜００１）；Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型、伴有和不伴有眼底病变的糖尿病患者之间各检测指标无显著差异（Ｐ＞００５）。提示糖尿病患者角膜内皮细胞形态异常，显不稳定状态，对其进行形态学定量分析。patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) and 69 age-matched nondiabetic persons as normal controls were examined by specular microscopy and computer-aid image analysis techniques. The morphology of the individual corneal endothelial cells in vivo were quantitatively analysed. The results showed that, as compared to the normal controls, the corneal endothelium in DM showed no difference in cell density and cell area, but demonstrated significantly higher area coefficient of variation, perimeter and long axis and a lower form factor. No significant differences in data were discovered between type Ⅰ and typeⅡ DM, or DM with and without retinopathy. The results indicate that the diabetic corneal endothelium is morphometrically abnormal and in a less stable condition. To quantitatively analysis these changes may be very important for making a suitable plan treatment on diabetic eye diseases.
