摘 要:应用图像分析仪对41例乳腺癌、49例乳腺腺病及6例正常乳腺的组织细胞进行DNA含量的测定。结果显示正常乳腺与1级腺病间DNA含量无显著性差异(P>005),Ⅰ、Ⅱ级腺病及乳癌间均存在非常显著性差异。表明:DNA含量的测定在Ⅰ、Ⅱ级腺病的判定及与乳癌关系研究中具有重要意义。对DNA含量增加的腺病应警惕其癌变可能。DNA contents of 6 normal breast tissues,49 adenoses and 41 breast carcinomas were evaluated by means of image analysis system(Quantiment 970).DNA contents between normal breast tissues and grade 1 adenosis were similar but among grade Ⅰ,Ⅱadenosis and breast carcinoma significantly different.These results indicate estimation of DNA content may have important significance in studing the relationship between breast adenosis and carcinoma.We should be aware of the possibility of malignant transformation from adenosis with increasing DNA content.
