摘 要:对22名44只开角型青光眼和22名44只正常人眼,用美国Dicon公司,TKS-4000型声控动态视野仪,行30°、80个刺激点视敏度检查。结果:(1)视丘视敏度(0~4dB):青光眼组占8409%;正常眼组占4772%,x2检验P<0001;(2)视敏度总数:青光眼为201757±5732;正常眼组为225084±1190,x2比较P<0001;(3)各象限不同圈视敏度比较:青光眼组异常检出率高于正常眼组,P<0.001;(4)青光眼15°出现Seidel氏和Bjerum氏暗点较正常眼组明显增多;(5)三维立体视野,能够看出青光眼组视野缺损的范围、深度。结论:中央30°三维立体视野能够检出视敏度异常及视野缺损情况,对青光眼早期诊断及评估预后,提供可靠依据。In order to obtain the early diagnosis and to evaluate the prognosis of glaucoma, a dicon TKS 4000 automated perimeter was used to explore the level of 30 degree viewfield sensitivity in a control group of age and sex-matched normal 44 eyes and 44 eyes of glaucoma. The results showed that viewfield sensitivity of hill (0-4db) was 84.09% in glaucoma compared with 47.92% in the control group (p<0.001); total amount of viewfield sensitivity was 2017.57+57.32 in glaucoma and 2250.84+11.90 in controls (P<0.001); there were more Seidel and Bjerrum dark spots of 15 degree viewfield in glaucoma than in control group; 3-D hill of vision could reveal the range and depth of viewfield defect in glaucoma. We concluded that central 30 degree dynamic viewfield can detect abnormal viewfield sensitivity and viewfield defect, and thus it may be helpful in early diagnosis and to detect the prognosic of glaucoma.
