摘  要:本研究应用细胞化学和形态计量学的实验手段,对60Coγ射线及苯并芘在体外诱发人胚肺细胞转化过程中,细胞核内AgNORs颗粒数量、大小等形态计量学参数的改变进行了研究,并对其生物学意义进行了分析。结果表明,γ射线和苯并芘均可在体外诱发人胚肺细胞发生转化。γ射线和苯并芘作用后早期,当人胚肺细胞尚未发生转化时,细胞核内AgNORs颗粒计数及部分形态计量学参数已发生明显改变,并具有一定的剂量效应关系。这些规律性的变化,可用于定量地研究辐射或化学致癌因子体外诱发细胞转化的剂量效应关系,亦可望成为早期观察细胞转化程度的指标。物理化学因素复合效应研究表明,γ射线和苯并芘复合作用,对人胚肺细胞转化有复合加强作用,同时对细胞内AgNORs颗粒数及形态计量学参数的改变亦表现出复合加强的使用。It was studied by means of cell chemical and morphometerology, in this report, that changes of AgNORs counting and some morphometric parameters of human embryo lung cell line (HEL-9402) appeared during cell transformation of HEL-9402 exposed to 60 Co γ ray and benzo(a)pyrene(B(a)P). The results showed that both γ ray and B(a)P resulted in cell transformation of HEL 9402 in vitro and that changes of counting and morphometric parameters of AgNORs occurred before cell transfromation, which showed some correlativity between doses and effects. This correlativity may be used in quantitatively studying the relationship between doses of radiation or chemicals and cell transfomation. In addition, there was also a compound additive effect of radiation and chemicals on AgNORs counting, changes of morphometric parameters and cell transformation.
