摘  要:利用图像分析系统(ICM)对77例甲状腺腺瘤、不典型腺瘤及各型癌进行检测。结果显示腺瘤同不典型腺瘤比较,DNA指数无明显区别(P>005);两者与癌比较则具有显著性差异(P<001)。DNA倍体分析结果表明,腺瘤、不典型腺瘤以及乳头状腺癌在3-4c处形成主峰值,而滤泡癌、髓样癌及未分化癌倍体直方图明显右移,主峰位居>5c处。不典型腺癌与滤泡癌比较,无论DI值还是DNA倍体值均有显著性差异(P<001),表明DNA图像分析可为甲状腺肿瘤的鉴别诊断提供定量依据,并可作为判断肿瘤恶性程度的重要指标。cases of thyroid neoplasms such as thyroid adenoma, atypical adenoma and thyroid carcinoma were investigated respectively with a real color image analysis system. The results showed that the mean DNA index between adenoma and atypical adenoma was not statistically different (p>0 05), but there was significantly different to the thyroid carcinomas (p<0 01). By the DNA genome histogram, all of adenoma, atypical adenoma and papillary carcinoma showed peak values at 3-4C, while, all of follicular carcinoma, madullary carcinoma and undifferentiated carcinoma showed a significant right-shift peak over 5C. Both DI and DNA genome values of atypical adenoma VS follicular carcinoma were significantly different. This study demonstrates that DNA image analysis plays an important role in differentiating thyroid tumors quantitatively. Furthermore, it may be regarded as an indicative index to estimate malignant degree of thyroid carcinoma.
