摘　　要：目的提高经鼻内法泪囊鼻腔造口术的手术成功率和减少并发症。方法使用眼科用纤维光源(1mm),自泪小点—泪小管—泪囊插入,经鼻腔观察定位泪囊后,进行手术。结果使用该方法手术精确度高,缩短了手术时间,操作安全,无并发症。结论应用纤维光源术中对泪囊定位,为安全进行泪囊鼻腔造口术提供了新方法。Purpose To increase the successful rate and reduce the complications in dacryocystorhinostomy. Methods Operation was performed after using ophthalmic optical fibre (1 mm) through lower puncta-canalicus-lacrimal sae and nasal cavity to locate lacrimale sae. Results The method which increased accuracy and reduced operation time was easy, safe and free of any complication. Conclusion The method of using optical fibre to locate lacrimal sae give us a new approach in conducting safe dacryocystorhinostomy.
