高校健美操教学中美学渗透的相关探讨

摘　　要：在教育体制的不断改革和完善下,学生的综合素质和审美水平逐渐受到了人们的广泛重视,而健美操作为一项基本的运动项目不但能锻炼学生的身体素质,还能根据渗透在健美操中的美学有效提高学生的审美能力。Under the continuous reform and perfect the education system, students’ comprehensive quality and aesthetic level has received the widespread attention gradually, and thus to achieve the final aim of improving students’ comprehensive ability, and aerobics as a basic sports not only can exercise the student’s physical quality, can also according to the penetration in the aerobics aesthetics, effectively improve the students’ aesthetic ability.
