摘　　要：通过实行住院床位医院统一调控,加强住院流程各环节的管理,减少相对低效的诊疗服务时间,控制医院感染,在确保医疗服务质量的前提下,缩短平均位院日,提高单病床的效益和效率,实现病人和医院利益双赢。Through the implementation of the universal controls and adjustments of inpatients' beds in the hospital and let us stress the management of hospitalization flow and reduce the low efficiency of our medical services provided and try to avoid and control the possibility of any infections as a result of serving our patients; the confirmation of the quality of our services and trying to reduce average length of stay and trying to improve benefit and efficiency of using single bed and trying to materialize the mutual advantages of both our hospital and our patients.
