摘　　要：目的　探讨上皮型钙粘连素 (E cadherin)和环连蛋白 (catenin)的表达与前列腺癌生物学行为及预后的关系。方法　以免疫组化法检测 6 7例人前列腺癌组织中E cadherin和catenin的表达。结果　前列腺癌E cadherin、α 、β 和γ catenin的低表达率分别为 4 0 3%、37 3%、6 0 %和 11 9% ,E cadherin和α catenin表达的减少与前列腺癌的病理分级、临床分期明显相关 ,E cadherin和α catenin低表达患者术后 5年生存率明显低于正常表达者。有淋巴结或骨转移的前列腺癌和无转移组的E cadherin和α catenin异常表达率差异显著。β catenin在前列腺癌组织中多为正常表达 ,仅有 4例呈细胞内低表达而核内表达却明显增加。 结论　E cadherin及α catenin有可能成为前列腺癌恶性程度及预后的评估指标 ,β catenin不仅参与细胞间的粘附作用而且在信号传导过程中具有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the expression of E cadherin and catenin in human prostate cancer and its role in the estimation of tumor progression,metastasis as well as prognosis.Methods Using immunohisto chemical method to detect E cadherin,α ,β and γ catenin expression in 67 cases of prostate cancer.Results There was a frequent reduction in E cadherin and α catenin expresion,the low expression rate of E cadherin,α ,β and γ catenin were 40.3%,37.3%,6.0%,11.9% respectively.There was a significant relationship between loss of E cadherin and α catenin expression and the grade, stage and metastasis of prostate cancer.The survival rate of patient for 5 years in the reduction of E cadherin and α catenin expression group was lower than that in normal expression group. Β catenin and γ catenin expression remains normal in prostate cancer, in contrast,the reduction of β catenin expression in 4 cases of prostate cancer wherease the nuclear positive staining was increased. Conclusion E cadherin and α catenin might be appliacable as a tumor marker for the evaluation of malignant potential and prognosis of prostate cancer. The role of β catenin was not only a adhesion protein but a signaling pathway also.
