乌司他丁结合^(125)I粒子组织间放射治疗恶性肿瘤的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察恶性肿瘤12 5I粒子组织间放射治疗术后运用乌司他丁 (UTI)减少手术侵袭及增强免疫功能的作用。方法　选取 80例接受普外科根治手术及12 5I粒子组织间放射治疗的患者 ,随机分为两组。用药组 40例患者 ,在术前 1d ,术后 1、2、3、4、5d给予UTI 30万U静脉滴注 ,每 8h滴 10万U(1h滴完 ) ,观察血肌酐和血尿素氮、血和尿α1 微球蛋白、白细胞介素 6、T细胞亚群及NK活性、LAK细胞活化水平的变化。结果　用药组与对照组有显著性变化 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　乌司他丁对12 5I粒子组织间放射治疗恶性肿瘤手术侵袭有一定的防御作用 。Objective Observe the effects of using ulinastatin (UTI) to reduce operative invasion and reinforce immune function after operation of 125 I seed interstitial implantation.Methods Eighty patients with radical operation and 125 I seed interstitial implantation were divided into two groups randomly,There were 40 cases in treatment group,which were treated with UTI 300 000 U (10 000 U per 8h) from the day before operation to five days after operation.Detecting the changes of level of liver and kidney function,interleukin-6,T-cell subgroup,natural killer cell activity,and lymphokine activated killer cell activity.Results The treatment group and the control group have significant changes(P<0.05).Conclusion UTI can resist operative invasion and reinforce the immunological function.
