摘　　要：在新的历史时期,思想政治工作者应思考如何在构建社会主义和谐社会中发挥应有的作用。要树立为构建社会主义和谐社会服务的思想,紧密结合这个战略任务做好思想政治工作。而把疏导方针纳入思想政治教育领域是强化思想政治教育工作、增强实效性的有效措施。In the current historical period,those who engaged in ideological and political education should ponder how to act as an important role in the construction of a harmonious society.They should carry out this mission with enough service-readiness.Guideline of desludging and guiding in ideological and political education is sure to improve their working efficiency.
