摘　　要：介绍数学建模竞赛对提高学生综合素质的作用,并结合我校数学建模竞赛的实践和指导竞赛的切身体验,着重讨论了组织竞赛和培训学生具体的思路和方法,并就把数学建模思想融入数学教学改革提出了新观点。This paper begins with an introduction of the function of Mathematical Contest in Modeling(MCM) in advancing thecomprehensive quality.Based on the practice and experience of guiding MCM in our school,this paper elabrates on the thoughts and methods of organization and training.Meanwhile,some new ideas are put forward about intergrating mathematical modeling into teaching reform.
