利用职业生涯规划培养高校良好学风的调研

摘　　要：以江南大学设计学院大一至大四本科学生为调查样本开展调查,利用SPSS软件对样本数据进行处理,分析了设计学院学风现状和影响学风建设的主要因素。结果显示,学生自身素质对高校学风的影响最为重要,没有清晰长远的就业目标、缺乏学习动力又是自身素质和思想状况不佳的主要因素。对此,提出了利用职业规划培养良好学风的观点,以学生的就业需要激发其学习的积极性,使学风的培养进入动机激励的良性循环轨道。Taking the undergraduates from freshmen to seniors in School of Design as subjects,and with data processed by SPSS,this paper analyses the main factors that affecting the study environment in School of Design.The findings shows that the students' quality is crucial in the development of study environment,vague employment objective and a lack of study motive are main causes for students' poor self quality and ideological status.Therefore,this paper put forward the viewpoint of improving study environment based on career planning.In this way,their study motive will be inspired by their employment need.
