摘　　要：目的 :探讨上皮性卵巢肿瘤组织中血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)及p5 3蛋白的表达及临床病理意义。方法 :用SP免疫组织化学方法检测VEGF和p5 3蛋白在卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达。结果 :恶性、交界性及良性卵巢肿瘤组织中VEGF阳性表达率分别为 35 .3%、6 0 .4 % 0、72 .4 % ,VEGF表达率在恶性肿瘤和交界性肿瘤较良性肿瘤明显增高 ,且与卵巢癌淋巴结转移有关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而与病理学分级、临床分期无关 ;p5 3蛋白表达与VEGF表达呈明显正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :VEGF在卵巢上皮性肿瘤的发展中起着重要作用 ,突变型p5 3蛋白可能参与卵巢肿瘤的血管生成调节。Objective: To investigate the association between vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),p53 protein and clinicopathologic factors in ovarian epithelial tumors. Methods: The ovarian epithelial tumors tissues were examined for VEGF antigen and p53 protein using SP immunohistochemical analysis. Results: The positive rates of VEGF expression in 29 ovarian epithelial carcinomas, 15 borderline tumor and 17 benign tumor were 35.3%? 60.4%?and 72.4% respectively. The rates of VEGF expression in malignant and borderline tumor were higher than that in benign.( P <0.05). The expression of VEGF associated with lymph node metastasis,but did not correlate with pathological grades as well as clinical stages. The positive correlation were noted between VEGF expression and p53 expression. Conclusion: VEGF and angiogenesis play an important role in the development of ovarian epithelial tumors.The p53 protein many have something to do with the adjustment to angiogenesis of ovarian epithelial tumors.
