摘 要:目的 :观察黄杨宁对小鼠心肌耗氧量的影响。方法 :采用小鼠氧耗动态观察中分离心肌氧耗的特征性方法。结果 :腹腔注射黄杨宁 0 .5 mg· kg-1 ,1 .0 mg· kg-1 均可降低小鼠整体氧耗量和心肌氧耗量 ,呈现一定的量效关系 ;其分钟氧耗特征与阿替洛尔 4.0 mg· kg-1相似 ,但作用强度不及后者。结论 :黄杨宁可明显降低小鼠心肌耗氧量。Objective:To observe the effect of oxygen consumption in mice of Huangyangning.Methods:The myocardiac oxygen consumption was isolated from the whole oxygen consumption.Results:The whole calculated oxygen consumption and myocardiac calculated oxygen consumption decreased significantly by ip. Huangyangning 0.5 mg·kg 1 , 1.0 mg·kg 1 . Its characteristic of minute oxygen consumption was like atenolol 4.0 mg·kg 1 , but its potency was lower than the latter one.Conclusion:Huangyangning could markedly decrease the myocardiac calculated oxygen consumption.
