摘　　要：①目的　观察丽珠胃三联治疗消化性溃疡的效果。②方法　将 10 0例活动性消化性溃疡病人随机分为两组 ,治疗组口服丽珠胃三联 ,对照组应用兰索拉唑、羟氨苄青霉素、甲硝唑三联疗法 ,两组疗程均为 1周。观察比较两组病人的溃疡治疗效果、HP根除率及不良反应。③结果　治疗组病人的溃疡治疗效果、HP根除率与对照组比较无显著性差异 (u =0 .5 90 ,χ2 =0 .5 4 2 ,P >0 .0 5 )。治疗组未发生严重不良反应。④结论　丽珠胃三联对消化性溃疡的治疗效果良好 。Objective\ To observe the effect of LIZHUWEI triple therapy for active peptic ulcer. \ Methods\ 100 patients were divided into two groups at random : Group A was treated with LIZHUWEI, Group B with lansoprazoie carbenicillin metronidazole, one week for both groups. The therapeutic outcome, rate of helicobacter pylori (HP) eradication and adverse effects of the two groups were observed and compared. \ Results\ There was no significant differences between the two groups in terms of cure rate and HP eradication ( u=0.590, χ 2=0.542, P> 0.05). No serious side effects were found.\ Conclusion\ LIZHUWEI is effective and has no reliable to be used clinically.
