鸡自家大肠杆菌油乳剂灭活疫苗的研制

摘　　要：从河北省几个大肠杆菌病较严重的大型鸡场分离到29株大肠埃希氏菌,分离菌株的生化特性符合大肠埃希氏菌的特性。以该菌株为抗原研制了自家大肠杆菌油乳剂灭活疫苗,并对其物理性状、安全性、免疫效力、保存期及抗体消长规律进行了检测。结果表明,试验鸡疫苗在免疫后3周到9个月内对大肠杆菌的攻击获得全部保护。疫苗40℃保存15个月,其免疫效力没有下降。Twenty-nine strains chick Esherichia coil were isolated and identified from several large chicken houses that were very seriously colibaeillosis in different areas of Hebei. The outcome of biochemical tests showed that the germs were Esherichia coli.The chicken one- self inactivated oil-emulsion vaccine was made of E.coli,and its physical characterization, security,efficacy and immune response were further studied.Results showed that all Chick- ens vaccinated with the vaccine were protected when challenged with Esherichia coli from 3 weeks to 9 months post vaccination,and the vaccine stored for 15 months at 4℃ was still safe and effective.
