甲强复合凝胶治疗牙周炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：为评价甲强复合凝胶治疗牙周炎的临床疗效,选择成人牙周炎患者18例,选择其左右侧对应牙,牙周袋探诊深度≥4mm,进行随机、单盲、对照试验,试验组用甲强复合凝胶,对照组用甲硝唑棒,采用牙周袋局部上药治疗,每天1次,共治疗7天,临床观察牙周袋深度、菌斑指数、牙龈指数、出血指数等指标。结果显示,试验组各临床指标改善均优于对照组。提示甲强复合凝胶治疗牙周炎是有效的。To evaluate the clinical effects of metronidazole-doxycycline gel for treatment of periodontitis, 18 adult patients with periodonti-tis, who had at least 4 mm of probing depth (PD) on the symmetric quadrant, were selected to participate in a randomised study with split-mouth design. Patients of the experimental group were given with metronidazole-doxycycline gel locally once a day for 7 days,while those of the control group were given with metronidazoce stilus. PD, PLI(plaque index), GI(gingival index), BI(bleeding index) were examined on days 0 and 7 of treatment. The results showed that all clinical parametres of the experimental group were better than those of the control group . Therefore, metronidazole-doxycycline gel is effective in the treatment of periodontitis.
