摘　　要：绿色虚拟企业是为适应人类社会可持续发展需要而提出的一种新型的现代制造模式。提出了全面绿色管理(TGM)的全新概念 ,在分析虚拟企业和TGM的基础上 。Green Virtual Enterprise(GVE) is a new contemporary manafacturing mode which is to adapt and meet the meed of sustainable development of humanity.The concept of Total Green Management is first advanced here.Based on the analysis of the Virtual Enterprise(VE) and Total Green Management(TGM),the concept of Green Virtual Enterprise and its architecture is brought forward.
