摘 要:[目的]建立化妆品中简便、易行的同时检测对位红和苏丹红系列的高效液相色谱方法。[方法]样品中的对位红和苏丹红经石油醚、乙腈提取,梯度洗脱,C18柱分离,外标法定量。[结果]对位红、苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ最低检测限均为0.5mg/kg,在0.5~20mg/kg范围内呈良好的线性关系,5种组分相关系数均≥0.995,0.5、1.0、3.2mg/kg3个浓度水平平均回收率在55.4%~108.5%范围内,RSD<15%(n=6)。[结论]本文研究建立了专门针对化妆品中苏丹红、对位红的检验方法,该法准确、快速、简便。a simple and fast analytical method for simultaneously detecting para red, sudans I, II, III, and IV in cosmetics by high-performance liquid chromatography is described. These dyes are extracted from the samples with petroleum, acetonitrile and analyzed by gradient elution. The chromatographic separation is carried out on a reverse phase C18 column. This paper presents a simple analytical method to identify and quantify simultaneously para red sudans I, II, III, and IV by external reference method. Calibration curves are linear in the 0.5-20 mg/kg range for para red and sudans I, II , III, and IV. Limits of detection are 0.5 mg/kg. The overall recoveries are in the range of 55.4%~108.5% depending on the dye involved. Validation data show a good repeatability and interlaboratory reproducibility with relative standard deviations < 15%. The proposed method is specific, selective and fast for detecting para red and sudans I, II , III, and IV.
