北京市郊区两所敬老院健康养老现状与问题初探

摘　　要：目的　探讨敬老院健康养老的现状与问题。方法　对北京市郊区两所敬老院的管理人员进行专题小组讨论 ,对入住两所敬老院的老人进行问卷调查。结果　两所敬老院的入住率均达 1 0 0 % ,但医护人员配置都较少 ,膳食安排缺乏营养专业人员指导。两所敬老院入住老人的职业、文化程度差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5) ,入住老人大多具有 1种或以上慢性病 ,且多有不良膳食习惯。结论　敬老院健康养老的社会需求很大 ,社会各部门应加强对敬老院的支持和管理。敬老院应配备具有综合医疗卫生素质的全科医务人员 ,尤其是要开展营养宣教活动 ,加强健康生活方式指导。Objective To investigate the current situation and problems in the old folks′ homes and present suggestions for their further development.Methods Group discussion was carried out among the managers of two old folks′ homes in Beijing suburbs,and those elders were interviewed with questionnaires.Results The admitting rate was as high as 100%,but the medical staffs were insufficient,and the food arrangement was not professionally guided.There was a significant difference in the occupation and education levels among the elders between this two old folks′ home(P<0 05).Most of them suffered more than one kind of chronic disease and had unhealthy diet habit.Conclusion There is a great need for living in an old folks′ home in the society.Relevant public departments should enhance their support and management.High quality general practitioners should be prepared for the old folks′ homes in order to implement health education on nutrition and instruct a healthy life style.
