摘　　要：目的 :观察扶正抑瘤饮对接受化疗的消化道肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 :6 0例中晚期消化道肿瘤患者随机分成治疗组 (化疗加中药 )、对照组 (单纯化疗 ) ,在 1个疗程化疗前后分别检测患者外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群、可溶性白细胞介素 - 2受体 (s IL- 2 R)含量 ,并与正常组作比较。结果 :化疗前与正常组相比 ,治疗组、对照组外周血 CD4 + 细胞比例均减少 ,CD+ 8细胞比例升高 ,CD+ 4/ CD+ 8比值降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;s IL- 2 R含量明显升高 (P <0 .0 1)。化疗后与化疗前相比 ,对照组外周血 CD+ 4细胞比例下降 ,CD+ 8细胞比例升高 ,CD+ 4/ CD+ 8比值下降 ,外周血s IL - 2 R含量升高 ;而治疗组 CD+ 4细胞比例明显升高 ,CD+ 4/ CD+ 8比值上升 ,s IL - 2 R含量下降 ,差异均有显著性意义(P <0 .0 5 ) ;结论Objective:To assess the effectiveness of Fuzheng Yiliu decoction (FYD) on immune function of patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumor receiving chemotheropy. Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into the treatment group subject to chemotherapy combined with FYD and the control group to chemotherapy alone. The values of CD + 4 cell, CD + 8 cell, CD + 4/CD + 8 and sIL 2R were assayed before and after the treatment respectively, and compared with those in the normal group (healthy persons, n=15). Results: Before treatment, the values of CD + 4, CD + 4/CD + 8 were decreased and the values of CD + 8, sIL 2R increased both in the control group and in the treatment group. After treatment, the values of CD + 4, CD + 4/CD + 8 were increased and the values of CD + 8, sIL 2R decreased in the treatment group, apposing to those in the control group. The difference between pre and post-treatment was significant (P< 0.05 or P< 0.001 ). Conclusion: FYD could improve cellular immune function of gastrointestinal malignant tumor patients.
