高校有效开展党课教育的对策研究

摘　　要：针对高校党课教育中存在教育任务软化、教育内容随意、教育手段落伍、教育师资零散、教育效果不够明显等问题,开展了"国内外形势的变化、文化思想的碰撞、党课内容形式的适应、学员自身发展的需求"四位一体的原因辨析,指出了实施优导机制、理论机制、实践机制、绩效机制和育员机制的"五机制"应对措施。Diected against the problems of educational task,educational content,educational means,educational teachers and educational effect in Party education in colleges,the four closely related concepts are put forward:political situation at home and abroad,collision of cultural thought,adaption to the content and form of Party,student's development needs.The four-in-one analysis points out the implementation of best guide mechanism,theory,practice,performance and sterile member mechanism of the five mechanisms measures.
