摘  要:研究了一种由提升磁铁、上热解石墨板、永磁体转子和下热解石墨板构成的抗磁悬浮结构,沿圆周方向均匀分布设有3个叶片的永磁体转子自由悬浮于两热解石墨板之间,可在外界气流的驱动下转动,研究中采用喷嘴提供气流。采用有限元软件建立仿真模型,分析了永磁体转子所受气流驱动力矩与喷嘴角度的关系,发现当喷嘴与水平方向夹角为83°时永磁体转子所受的气流驱动力矩最大。通过实验验证,发现当喷嘴为83°时转子所受的气流驱动力矩最大,实验结果很好地验证了仿真结果。进一步通过实验研究了在该最优角度下永磁体转子的旋转速度与气流流量的关系,发现当气流流量为1.01 L/min时永磁体转子最高稳定转速可达475 r/min。A kind of diamagnetic levitation structure that composed of a lifting magnet,an upper pyrolysis graphite plate,a permanent magnets rotor,a lifting magnet and lower pyrolysis graphite plate was studied.A permanent magnet rotor with three blades distributed in the circumferential direction is levitated between the two pyrolytic graphite plates and driven by the external airflow.The nozzle was used to provide gas flow in the study.The finite element software was used to establish the simulation model.The relationship between the torque of the permanent magnet rotor and the angle of the pinhole nozzle was analyzed.It was found that the torque of the permanent magnet rotor was the largest when the angle of the pinhole nozzle was 83°.It was found that the rotor was subjected to the largest airflow driving torque when angle of the nozzle was 83°by experimental verification,and the experimental results validated the simulation results well.Furthermore,the relationship between the rotational speed of the permanent magnet rotor and the gas flow velocity was studied by the experiment.It was found that the maximum rotational speed of the permanent magnet rotor could reach 475 r/min when the gasflow rate was 1.01 L/min.
