摘  要:基于蓝绿波段光线在水下传播的光学特性,设计了一种水下高速激光通信系统。系统以STM32F407为微控制器,以AD9660为激光驱动芯片构成光发射机,以光电探测器、信号调理电路、自动增益控制电路、解调电路构成光接收机,支持10/100 M以太网数据通信。驱动信号调制方式采用DPIM(Digital Pulse Interval Modulation)技术,光接收元件使用PIN光电二极管为光接收器,将光信号转换为电信号,经过信号调理,通过解调电路采集解调后的数据,控制单元处理还原初始信号。实验证明,该系统可以实现水下点到点距离50 m、1 Mb/s速率的高速低误码率通信,为水下设备间的数据采集与组网通信提供了一种新的技术方案。Based on the optical characteristics of blue-green light propagation in water, an underwater high speed laser communication system is designed. This system uses STM32F407 as micro-controller, AD9660 laser driver chip for optical transmitter. Moreover, it uses photoelectric detector, signal conditioning circuit, automatic gain control circuit, demodulation circuit for receiver. It supports 10/100 M Ethernet data communication. The signal modulation mode chooses DPIM( Digital Pulse Interval Modulation), and receiver uses PIN photodiode for converting the optical signal into electrical signal, after signal conditioning, the demodulation circuit acquies the demodulated data, and finally, the control unit restores the original signal. Experiments show that the system can achieve the underwater distance of 50 meters, the rate of up to 1 Mb/s low bit error communication, and provides a new technical scheme for data acquisition and networking communication between underwater equipment.
