摘　　要：清代光绪年间出土的东汉刑徒砖葬群的发现,是清末继甲骨文发现之后的重大发现之一。"灵宝出土说"与"洛阳出土说"两种学说缺乏关键性的依据,光绪年间出土的刑徒砖葬群出土地点有待于进一步考证。Guangxu years in the Qing Dynasty,the discovery of the Eastern Han Dynasty's convict graves was one of the most imPortante discoveries after the discovery of the oracle bone inscriPtions at the end of the Qing Dynasty. The two theories of 'Lingbao said unearthed' and 'Luoyang said unearthed' of the convict brick group lack the crucial basis.The unearthed Place of the convict brick is waited for further researches.
