头面部皮肤恶性肿瘤的整形外科治疗

摘　　要：目的:报道头面部皮肤恶性肿瘤的手术治疗。方法:头面部肿瘤行扩大切除,采用原位缝合、皮片移植或局部皮瓣转移修复缺损。结果:本组共36例,原位缝合7例,植皮12例,局部皮瓣转移17例,除1例皮瓣远端表皮坏死补充植皮外,切口均愈合良好。结论:在头面部肿瘤的手术治疗中应兼顾外形的恢复,推荐使用局部皮瓣修复皮肤缺损。Objective:To report the plastic treatment of craniofacial malignant tumour.Methods :The replacement suture,skin grafting and local flap were used to r epair the defects,after excising th e tumour extensively.Results:36cases were treated and the skin defects were repaired by replacemen t suture(7cases),skin grafting(12cases)and local flap(17cases).The postoperative recovery were perfect,except partial necrosis at distal area of flap in 1case,whi ch repaired by skin graft.Conclusion:It should give attention to the appearance during the operation.The local flap was recommended in the treatment of the craniofacial ma lignant tumour.[
