摘　　要：在分析了当今企业所处动荡环境及风险管理实践历程的基础上 ,指出了企业集成风险管理是企业风险管理发展的新方向 ;On the basis of analyzing the dynamic environment of enterprise and the history of risk management practice, it is pointed out that Enterprise Integrated Risk Management(EIRM) is the new trend in enterprise risk management, and the characteristics of EIRM are studied. A framework of EIRM is proposed in the paper.
