摘　　要：城市餐饮企业的区位条件是一个综合性概念,并具有随城市发展而动态变化的特征。区位条件中最主要的是交通因素,其影响力具有决定性作用。只有充分认识区位条件的作用及其发展变化,才能使企业具备长远的发展能力。The district location conditions for food and beverage business in a city contain a comprehensive concept and they are characteristic of dynamic change with the development of the city. Traffic communication is the most important factor among them and its influence has a decisive role. Only on condition that a business fully realizes the role of district location conditions and their development and change can it possess the capacity of long\|term development.
