摘　　要：高等教育大众化在一些发达国家已成为现实 ,高等教育质量保证机制是确保大众化高等教育健康发展的必要途径。文章选取几个发达国家的高等教育质量保证机制及其最新发展加以介绍 ,总结了它们的共同特点 ,提出了建立我国高等教育质量保证机制的几点建议。Mass higher education has been realized in many developed countries. Quality assurance mechanism for higher education is a necessary strategy of developing mass higher education. The article introduces the quality assurance mechanisms of America, England, Australia, New Zealand and Sweden respectively. On this basis it summarized three models of quality assurance: government guiding model, nongovernmental intermediary organization guiding model,and the model of intermediary organization combined with the inner assurance of the higher education institutes. It analyzes the benefits and disadvantages of each model. It also puts forward some suggestions on building quality assurance system in our higher education institute.
