摘　　要：CIMS代表着一种先进的生产方式 ,在我国大多数企业中还远远没有实现。基础自动化是要把生产过程中的基础性的体力劳动和脑力劳动用机器和计算机来替代 ,以提高生产的效率与稳定性。基础自动化和企业过程重组是实现企业CIMS的两大重要内容。基础自动化又是企业过程重组的动力与基础。只有高度重视与正确实施基础自动化工程 ,才能从根本上提高企业的内涵 ,为加快CIMS进程打下坚实的基础。CIMS is a representative of advanced productive quomodo. CIMS has not been accomplished yet in most enterprises in China. The goal of basic automation is to replace the basic physical and mind labor by machines and computers in order to increase the production efficiency and stability. The two elemental tasks to complete CIMS are basic automation and Enterprises process reengineering (EPR). And the former is also the engine and base of the latter. In order to complete the CIMS, we must pay more attention to the basic automation project and increase the enterprise connotation radically.
