少数民族高等教育经费短缺问题试析

摘　　要：我国少数民族高等教育经费短缺现象一直较为严重 ,究其原因主要是民族地区财政拮据及受现行教育投资体制所限导致的投资渠道不畅、办学效益不高。增加中央财政投入、发挥“六策”作用、依法筹资、倡导社会捐资助学。Shortage of funds has always been a serious problem for ethnic minority higher education in China.The main reasons are the shortage of finance in ethnic regions,the impeded channels for investment and the low efficiency in running schools due to the current system of investment in education.The main solutions to the problem include increasing investment of the central government,bringing into full play of “the Six Policies”,raising funds according to the law,advocating society contributing money for schools and making use of the loans from international fund organizations. [
