卵巢囊腺瘤的分类及良恶性的超声诊断初探

摘　　要：目的本文对25例卵巢囊腺瘤的超声表现作一回顾性分析,旨在提高对本病的诊断与鉴别诊断水平。方法选取经二维并结合彩色多普勒超声检查并被术后证实的卵巢囊腺瘤患者23例,对其声像图进行回顾性分析。结果本组25例卵巢囊腺瘤,病理诊断属良性18例、交界性6例、属恶性1例、超声误诊4例,超声诊断完全符合率8%、基本符合率76%。结论熟悉卵巢囊腺瘤的特征性声像图表现,认真鉴别声像图,注意结合病史、体征、可最大限度提高超声对囊腺瘤的诊断率。Objectives:Retrospective analysis of the ultrasound characteritics of 25 cases of ovarian cystadenoma,so as to improve the accuracy of diagnosis and differentiation diagnosis.Method:Retrospective analysis of the ultrasonorgraphy of 23 ovarian cystadenoma with 2D ultrasound together with colour doppler and confirmed later by operations.Result:Among the 25 cases,18 were diagnosed as,6 as board line,1 as,misdiagnosis 4 cases,ultrasound absolute accuracy 8%,basic accuracy 76%.Conclusion:To farmiliarize with characteristic ultrasonography of ovarian cystadenoma,pay attention to the differences,consult patient history,body display will to the maximum improve the accuracy of diagnosis for ovarian cystadenoma with ultrasound.
