摘　　要：目的:探讨规律免疫抑制治疗小柳原田氏病的疗效。方法:对17例复发的小柳原田氏病进行为期11个月的规律免疫抑制剂强的松和环磷酰胺联合治疗。结果:整个疗程后随访半年至5年以上,14例无复发,病情稳定并视力获得部分好转,3例复发者,炎症表现在前节,局部激素治疗后均获得控制。结论:规律免疫抑制剂联合治疗该病疗效较好,治疗时间应达到其自然病程11个月。Purpose:In order to research the therapeutic effect of treating Vogt-Koyanagi-Havada’ s Disease with a regular immunosuppression.Methods: We treated 17 cases that suffered from the recurrent Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada’ s Disease with prednisone and endoxan.The treatment lasted eleven months.Results: After the treatment we continued the follow-up,for half a year to five years.Fourteen of these patients have never recurred while three of them have.Conclusion: The curative effects are beneficial for these patients.
