摘　　要：供应链管理是现代工业企业最先进的管理思想和模式 ,LP/CVP是一种集成化的生产决策方法。在介绍LP/CVP决策方法的基础上 ,提出了基于供应链管理模式的信息集成体系结构 ,探索了LP/CVP方法的实际应用 ,指出集成后勤支持系统适合于处理决策信息的集成 。SCM is one of the most advanced managerial models for modern enterprises. LP/CVP is the integrated method of production decision. Based on introducing the method of LP/CVP, this paper advances the integrated information system framework, and researches the practical application of LP/CVP. Integrated logistic support system is suitable for dealing with the integrated information, while neural network technology is optimized method of integrated model.
