摘　　要：本文通过对中国彩电产业的深入研究,力图探讨技术调整的特点。本文的研究表明,在企业掌握基本的生产技能以后,会追求元器件生产的国产化,以降低对发达国家的依赖程度。此后,企业会将精力集中于技术调整活动,以充分地利用当地资源并满足当地用户的偏好。In order to explore the characteristics of techno lo gical adaptation,this paper provides an in-depth study on the technological ad aptation process of China's color television industry.The study shows that af ter mastering the basic production skills,enterprises tend to localize the prod uction of components to reduce dependence upon the developed countries;then the enterprises will focus their attention on technological adaptation to take full y use of the local resources and to satisfy local customers'preferences.
