摘 要:颞下颌关节(TMJ)是人体最复杂的关节之一,有着复杂的生理功能。颞下颌关节音(颚开合时TMJ产生的声音)含有丰富的有关TMJ状态的信息。利用非线性动力学的混沌与分形理论对健康人和颞下颌关节内紊乱(TMD)患者的TMJ音信号进行了分析。分别计算其波形维和相关维。结果表明,健康人TMJ音信号的两种分形维数值都明显高于TMD患者。提示,以TMJ音信号的分形维数值作为TMJ损伤及病变的一个指标是有意义的。Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) is one of the most co mp licated joints in human body. It performs complicated physiological fun ction. Temporomandibular joint sounds (the sounds produced by TMJ during mandible open-close) contain copious information concerned with states of TMJ. This paper analyzed the sound signal produced by TMJ of the normal and the temporomandibular joint internal de-rangement (TMD) pati ent using the theory of chaos and fractal in nonlinear dynamics. The values of the waveform dimension and correlation dimension were calcul ated individually. The results showed: the value of two fractal dimens ions of the TMJ sound signal of the normal is significantly higher t han that of the TMD patient. It is suggested that regarding the valu e of fractal dimensions of the TMJ sound signal as an index of dama ge and pathological diagnosis of TMJ is significance.
