安氏Ⅱ~1与Ⅱ~2类错的颅面特征对比分析

摘　　要：目的 :对比研究安氏Ⅱ1与Ⅱ2 类错牙合的颅面特征。方法 :选取 15 3例安氏Ⅱ1和 4 2例安氏Ⅱ2类错牙合患者 ,利用X线头影测量技术对其头颅定位侧位片进行对比分析。结果 :两类错牙合的SNA、SNB、ANB、SN MP、NP FH等间的差异无统计学意义 ,上切牙位置在两类错牙合间存在明显的差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :安氏Ⅱ1与Ⅱ2 类错牙合的颅面形态除上切牙位置外无明显差异 ,其颅面骨骼类型基本一致 ,但各变量间存在变化。Objective:It was expected to find out the distinct differences between the two types of Class Ⅱ malocclusions by a systematic comparative study of craniofacial morphology. Methods:153 cases of Angle Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusions and 42 cases of classⅡ division 2 were studied comparatively for their cephalometric roentgenographics.Results:There was no statistical difference in SAN,SNB,SN MP,NP FH and ANB but distinct statistical difference remained in the position of the upper incisor between the two types(P<0.001).Conclusion:There was no basic morphologic difference between the two types of Class Ⅱ malocclusions except for the position maxillary incisior, but there are differences among the variables.
